Practice makes perfect right?  Well I’m not quite at perfect just yet, but having heaps of fun none-the-less!  During the course of the past three or so years, as I’ve started painting, exhibiting and selling my art, I have been on a quest to unearth my own truly unique style.  It’s so very hard because I’ve never painted before, so my go-to is lessons from others, and in the course of doing so picking up bits of others’ styles along the way.  i know it will eventually morph into something truly me, but what I love about motif making using Illustrator, is that it is all 100% through and through, completely and utterly mine.  My hand drawn image, my choice of colours.  I have not been someone who has been painting all my life, but I have ALWAYS doodled in one form or another, so black pen in hand feels so much more natural. Anyhoo, enough rambling, here’s today’s offering…
