Last week something very cool happened in our town. We got a before I die wall… Don’t have a clue what I’m talking about? Check it out.
You get to be a part of an interactive social art type thing. You get to be part of a conversation, an exchange. It’s always changing and evolving. It gets washed off by the rain and re-written on again. A constant reminder that we all have something in common, and that we can all be a part of making sure that this one great big deliriously wonderful life we have is lived to the full. If you live in Geraldton, get your but into gear and head on down to Swansea Lane – opposite the Prov. Or Google to see if there’s one in your city or town, there’s others around the place…
A couple things I wrote were : ‘get dreadlocks’ and ’meet my grandchildren’. There’s so many things I could have written, like: learn another language, see the great wall of China and the Pyramids, learn piano, fly into space, snow ski, have a white Christmas (preferably in lapland) with a wood fire and all the winter trimmings… Like I said, I could go on – but how about you? What would you like to achieve, or accomplish before you die?

Thank you for sharing. I love this idea. I would spend an entire year in Italy. I would live again, where high quality fresh food is available all year. I would never go to a party with anyone, who is one of the mean girls at any age. I would travel to paint and teach painting. I would work on art projects with inner city kiddos, highlighting their gifts and talents. I would visit my virtual art friends in person and paint in their studios and have a cuppa joe. Simple pleasures.
