Everything about it from growing to cooking to eating, just can't get enough. My dream is too travel to unheard off villages around the world and live, learn, cook and eat with the local folk and just emerge myself in there way off life. I want to video the whole experience and create video journals. When i went to bali for the first time last year i jumped on a push bike and toured around, and I found myself been drawn to little places, away from the tourist rat race, eating food everyone warned me against, and just sitting and watching cooking techniques and eating some of the best food.
