It’s been a while hasn’t it.  Too long, I know.  (kick cans…)  Is a pc that kicked the bucket a good enough excuse?  You may not believe this, but it took eight weeks for my iMac to be delivered – down here we still use camels for mail delivery.  But I know, it’s been a lot longer than 8 weeks since I last posted.  In fact, it’s been so long, that I’ve been putting off posting because I have so much to post about and don’t know where to start!  I suppose the most topical thing for me right now, is my pending art exhibition, this friday night!  Yes – I know, it’s come round so quickly.  At the moment I’m going through the whole gamut of emotions.  Nervous and calm.  Will people like it?  Or will they hate it?  I don’t care if they do or don’t.  I really do care if they don’t.  Will there be enough wine?  Will there be enough people? Will I say something dumb to someone? Will anyone buy anything?  There you go, a sneak peak into my head right now!  But honestly?  I know that everything will be ok.  Whatever happens, I can’t do any more than show up.  I have painted my heart onto canvas, and that’s as much as I can do.  Hopefully, this will be an exhibition which for someone, will give them the inspiration to follow their creative dream too…
