I haven’t got much to say tonight, but thought i’d share a few happy snaps from the week that was. Things that have made me smile. Things that have made me laugh and things that have made me ever so grateful to be a mumma. A little peep into life with us three…

Mr T was playing with the Halloween lolly cauldron and got it stuck on his head. It was really funny. Until we tried taking it off, then it wasn’t so
I eventually had to cut it off… (bahahaha!!)
These are the little surprises I love finding. Dinosaurs taking a bath in the bathroom sink. Lots of towels and wash cloths spread around so that the water doesn’t ‘wreck the bench top” *smile*
For those of you in the northern hemishphere I know you are mostly rejoicing because spring is springing and your winter has come to an end. But I just want to brag a little because it’s autumn here, and look what beauties are to be found on our morning walks… I absolutely love the huge clusters of Bogies (that’s Aussie for Bouganvilla) in all their colours, and if I ever get my own garden some day – I’ll plant lots of these en-masse because they make me so happy
(NB: I feel I have some right to brag about such things, as we endured a record breaking 50-something days with a maximum temp over 30 degrees C – and might I add that about half of those were over 40 degrees. Just sayin’)
This was the foot-washing ceremony-thing on the last day of school. After this we got a foot oil rub, a back rub and a head massage *sigh* and also got to treat our little-ones to the same. If it wasn’t for the dad sitting next to me who wouldn’t shut-up with the running comentary the entire time, over the top of the soothing instrumental music, then it would have been absolutely beautiful…
The three musketeers at Monkey Mia. I love the looks on the kids’ faces. They crack me up
This is Miss Moocher singing heartily at her school concert. I resisted the urge to post all 15 images I took of her singing
I was a proud mumma
We spent a few hours down the beach on Monday morning and it was sooo loverly. This is our little castle. How cool is the dude in the Thomas the Tank get-up
Having a tea party with the mermaid and other chicks. We also ate dinner down here that night. Good times.

Love in unexpected places…
And just thought I’d share this one with you. I took this photo at the beach restaurant in Monkey Mia recently (a remote tourist attraction on the Western Australian coast where you can see dolphins come in to the shore in the wild). Has it really gotten this bad when we have to spell it out???
And just in case you’re interested, I’m listeningto some cool Aussie music from the new soundtrack to Mad Bastards with Alex Lloyd and The Pigram Brothers, very cool and reminding me of good times in Broome…
Hope you’re happy. Hope you’re well. Hope you’re finding joy in a myriad of small delights…
